中文摘要: 外泌体是细胞分泌的直径为 30~150 nm的纳米级囊泡,由脂双层、蛋白质和遗传物质组成,可以向靶细胞递送生物活性分子,在细胞通讯、免疫调节、炎症反应等方面具有关键作用,与多种人类疾病有关。近几年,随着外泌体在眼科疾病方面研究的不断深入,其在眼科疾病中的重要作用日益受到重视。本文总结了目前外泌体在干燥综合征、青光眼、年龄相关性黄斑变性、糖尿病视网膜病变和葡萄膜黑色素瘤中诊断和治疗的研究进展,重点关注外泌体作为生物标记物和治疗载体的应用。
Abstract:Exosomes are nanoscale vesicles secreted by cells, with a diameter ranging from 30 nm to 150 nm. Composed of lipid bilayers, proteins, and genetic material, they can deliver bioactive molecules to target cells, playing a crucial role in cell communication, immune regulation, inflammation, and other processes. Exosomes are associated with various human diseases. In recent years, as research on exosomes in ophthalmic diseases has progressed, their significant role in ophthalmic diseases has been increasingly recognized. This review summarizes current research progress on exosomes in sicca syndrome, glaucoma, age.related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and uveal melanoma, with a focus on their applications as diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic delivery vehicles.
