中文摘要: 主观认知下降(SCD)为阿尔兹海默病(AD)的初期阶段,其典型症状是患者感觉记忆力下降。随着SCD发病率逐年上升,预防或延缓疾病的进展已经刻不容缓。近年来,磁共振成像(MRI)及脑网络分析技术不断发展,研究人员通过观测SCD患者脑神经元和神经纤维的变化,对脑网络结构及密度是否完整展开评价。本研究将结构MRI、弥散张量成像(DTI)和功能MRI等文献进行归纳整理,根据SCD的脑结构和脑功能特征,从多个层面探索脑网络改变的病理生理机制,寻找影像生物标志物,分析局限性,为SCD早发现、早干预提供支持。
Abstract:Subjective cognitive decline (SCD) is the early stage of Alzheimer's disease (AD), and the typical symptom is a decrease in the patient's memory. The incidence of SCD is increasing year by year, so it is urgent to prevent or delay the progression of the disease. In recent years, techniques such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and brain network analysis have continued to develop. Scholars have evaluated the integrity of brain network structure and density by observing changes in SCD brain neurons and nerve fibers. This study summarizes and organizes literature on structural MRI, diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), and functional MRI. Based on the brain structure and functional characteristics of SCD, the article explores the pathophysiological mechanisms of brain network changes from multiple levels, searches for imaging biomarkers, analyzes shortcomings, and provides support for early detection and intervention of SCD.
