中文摘要: 近年来妊娠期甲状腺癌的患病率明显升高。妊娠作为一个复杂的生理过程，妊娠期各项高水平激素对甲状腺癌的影响如何、妊娠期甲状腺癌的诊断可选取何种方式、能否于孕期行手术治疗、手术时机如何抉择等一系列问题可能对医师造成一定困扰。本综述旨在阐述相关问题并为妊娠期甲状腺癌诊治提供证据和建议。
Abstract:In recent years, the prevalence of thyroid cancer in pregnancy has increased significantly. Pregnancy is a complex physiological process, how the high level of hormones in pregnancy affects thyroid cancer, what kinds of diagnostic methods are available for the diagnosis of thyroid cancer in pregnancy, whether or not surgery can be performed during pregnancy, and how to decide the timing of surgery may be a series of problems for physicians in clinical work. This review aims to describe the relevant issues and to provide evidence and recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer in pregnancy.
