中文摘要: 补体C1q肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白7（CTRP7）是新近发现的脂肪因子。研究表明，肥胖人群中的循环CTRP7水平显著高于体重正常人群，高胰岛素引起的胰岛素抵抗促进人体CTRP7的分泌，CTRP7参与人体糖、脂代谢，促进炎症的发生和细胞氧化应激，影响胰岛素抵抗过程，从而参与2型糖尿病的发生发展。本文对血清 CTRP7 的生物学特性、代谢功能及其与2型糖尿病发生发展的相关性进行综述。

Abstract:Complement C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 7 (CTRP7) is a newly discovered adipokine. It has been shown that circulating CTRP7 level in the obese population is significantly higher than that in the population with normal weight, and insulin resistance caused by hyperinsulinism promotes the secretion of CTRP7 in the body. CTRP7 is involved in glucose and lipid metabolism, promotes inflammation and cellular oxidative stress, and influences the process of insulin resistance, thus participating in the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus. This article reviews the biological characteristics, metabolic functions of serum CTRP7, and its correlation with the development and progression of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
