Abstract:The diagnosis of nutritional state is an essential step for rational nutritional intervention in cancer patients. As the first clinical professional team for the diagnosis and treatment of malnutrition in tumor patients in China,we have organically integrated the clinical quality management system, technical solutions and business positions of the oncology department and nutrition departments through ten years of theoretical study and clinical exploration, and a relatively fixed clinical method has formed for the nutritional diagnosis of cancer patients, which is recommended to the colleagues for reference in clinical practice.
