中文摘要: 幽门螺杆菌是人体胃内常见的致病菌,不仅导致胃器质性损害,还参与多种胃肠动力性疾病的发生发展。幽门螺杆菌影响胃肠动力的机制复杂,包括直接作用,如影响胃肠激素和神经肽的分泌、减少Cajal间质细胞、导致低度炎症等,也可通过脑—肠—微生物轴、神经免疫、神经内分泌等途径间接影响胃肠动力。因此,根除幽门螺杆菌可能对改善胃肠动力有益,多数胃器质性病变和功能性胃肠病都能从中获益。
Abstract:Helicobacter pylori is one kind of common pathogenic bacteria in the human stomach, which can not only cause organic damage to the digestive system, but also participate in the occurrence and development of various gastrointestinal motility disorders. Helicobacter pylori affects gastrointestinal motility through a variety of mechanisms. It can have direct effects on gastrointestinal motility, such as affecting the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones and neuropeptides, reducing Cajal interstitial cells, developing low-grade inflammation. It can also have indirect effects on gastrointestinal motility through microbiome-brain-gut axis, neuroimmune mechanisms and neuroendocrine mechanisms. Therefore, the eradicative treatment of Helicobacter pylori can also have a beneficial impact on gastrointestinal motility. It can benefit most patients with gastrointestinal organic diseases and functional gastrointestinal disease.
