中文摘要: 血流感染是指各种病原微生物侵入人体血液循环引起的炎症反应,严重时可引起患者多器官功能衰竭乃至死亡。至今,血培养仍是诊断血流感染的金标准。针对血流感染,临床上多采用抗菌药物进行治疗。近年来,大量广谱抗菌药物的使用,以及各种侵袭性诊疗操作的广泛开展,导致血流感染的发病率逐步上升。本文对目前重症监护室内血流感染现状、引起血流感染的病原菌的种类及耐药性、如何快速明确患者病原菌类型、针对重症患者血流感染的治疗方案等问题做一综述。
Abstract:Bloodstream infection (BSI) is an inflammatory reaction caused by various pathogens invading into human blood circulation. In severe cases, it can lead to multiple organ failure and death. Up to now, blood culture remains the gold standard for diagnosing BSI. Antibiotics are commonly used in clinical treatment for BSI. In recent years, with the use of a large number of broad-spectrum antibiotics, and the widespread development of various invasive diagnosis and treatment operations, the incidence of BSI has gradually increased. At present, the current status of BSI in intensive care units,the types and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria that cause BSI, how to quickly identify the types of pathogenic bacteria in patients, and the treatment options for BSI in critically ill patients have received extensive attention. This article provides a review of the above issues.
