中文摘要: 目的 分析不同程度妊娠期高血压疾病患者血液指标的变化。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,收集2017年7月至2022年7月山西医科大学第一医院收治的妊娠期高血压疾病患者的临床资料,其中妊娠期高血压组、无严重表现子痫前期(PE)组、重度PE组各75例,将其作为观察组,另随机选取同期正常妊娠孕妇75例为对照组,比较各组间血液指标的差异。结果 与对照组相比,中性粒细胞计数、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血肌酐、尿酸、尿素氮水平,依妊娠期高血压组、无严重表现PE组、重度PE组之序依次增加(P<0.05=,活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)依次降低(P<0.05)。结论 不同程度妊娠期高血压疾病可以影响患者的血液指标,临床工作中,可以通过血液指标水平变化,评估患者的病情进展及疾病严重程度,提前实施相应的预防手段。
Abstract:Objective To analyze the changes of blood indicators in pregnant women with different degrees of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP). Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of the patients with HDP admitted to the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from July 2017 to July 2022, and the patients were divided into HDP group, mild pre-eclampsia (PE) group (without severe PE) and severe PE group (n=75, each). Another 75 normal pregnant women in the same period were randomly selected as control group. The levels of blood indicators were compared among four groups. Results Compared with those in control group, neutrophil count, neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet distribution width (PDW), mean platelet volume (MPV), fibrinogen (FIB), creatinine, uric acid and urea nitrogen levels increased statistically in the order of HDP group, mild PE group and severe PE group (P<0.05), and activated partial thrombin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT) and antithrombin Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ) decreased successively (P<0.05). Conclusion HDP can affect the concentrations of blood indexes of patients, which can be used to evaluate the progression and severity of the disease so as to implement the corresponding preventive measures in advance.
