中文摘要: 风湿免疫性疾病包括系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)、类风湿性关节炎(RA)、干燥综合征(SS)、系统性血管炎、强直性脊柱炎(AS)以及IgG4相关性疾病(IgG4RD)等。自身抗体的形成是多数风湿免疫性疾病发生发展的基础,这些自身抗体主要来源于位于次级淋巴器官的生发中心(GC)中的B细胞,而滤泡辅助性T细胞(Tfh)在GC B细胞的活化、增殖和分化成熟过程中起着关键作用。近年来相关研究发现,多种风湿免疫病的发病与Tfh异常相关,而其中一组亚群(Tfh17)同多种风湿免疫病的发生发展有着密切关系。本文对Tfh17在风湿免疫病中的最新研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Rheumatic diseases include systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE), rheumatoid arthritis(RA), Sjgren‘s syndrome(SS), systemic vasculitis, ankylosing spondylitis(AS) and IgG4-related diseases(IgG4RD). The formation of autoantibodies is the basis for the development of most rheumatic diseases, which are mainly derived from B cells located in the germinal center(GC) of secondary lymphoid organs, while follicular helper T cells(Tfh) play the key role in the activation, proliferation, differentiation and maturation of GC B-cells. In recent years, the relevant studies have found that the development of a variety of rheumatic diseases is associated with abnormal distribution of Tfh, especially the Tfh17 subset. This article reviews the latest research progress of Tfh17 in rheumatic immune diseases.
