中文摘要: 目的 基于知识可视化分析,调查脓毒症急性肺损伤(ALI)相关领域的全球研究现状与趋势,比较不同国家、机构、期刊和作者的研究贡献,为该领域的进一步研究提供参考依据。
方法 通过检索Web of Science核心合集(WoSCC)数据库2013年至2022年有关脓毒症ALI研究的文献,使用Excel对相关文献数据进行分析,采用文献可视化分析软件VOS viewer和CiteSpace对相关信息进行提取并生成共现网络,进而深入探讨脓毒症ALI领域的热点问题,分析该领域的研究现状与发展趋势。
结果 共纳入2013年至2022年WoSCC数据库中脓毒症ALI研究领域有效文献3216篇。全球脓毒症ALI相关研究总体呈上升趋势。中国是发表脓毒症ALI相关文献数量最多的国家。发文量最多的机构是加州大学旧金山分校。Shock是相关领域发文量最大的期刊。共现网络分析显示,美国是该领域参与国际合作最多的国家,加州大学旧金山分校是合作能力最强的机构。关键词共现分析和共被引文献聚类分析显示,该领域的研究热点主要聚焦脓毒症ALI的病理机制和治疗策略。
结论 全球趋势分析提示,2013—2022年有关脓毒症ALI的研究日趋增长,其发病机制和治疗策略仍将是未来的研究热点,但跨地区和跨机构的交流与合作仍不足,研究的深度与广度也需进一步拓展。
Abstract:Objective Based on knowledge visualization analysis, to investigate the global research status and trend of sepsis-induced acute lung injury(ALI) to provide reference basis for further research in this field.
Methods By searching the literature on sepsis-induced ALI from 2013 to 2022 in Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC) database, the Excel was used to analyze the relevant literature. The software VOS viewer and CiteSpace were used to extract the relevant information and generate the co-occurrence network so as to further explore the hot issues in the field of sepsis-induced ALI and analyze the research status and development trend of it.
Results A total of 3216 effective literatures of sepsis-induced ALI were included in the WoSCC database from 2013 to 2022. There was an overall increasing trend of sepsis-induced ALI related studies worldwide. China was the country with the highest number of published literature related to ALI in sepsis. The organization with the largest number of papers was the University of California, San Francisco(UCSF). The largest number of publications in the relevant fields of research were published in Shock journal. The co-occurrence network analysis showed that the United States was the country mostly involved in international collaborations in this field,and UCSF was the most collaborative institution. Keyword co-occurrence analysis and co-cited literature clustering analysis showed that the research hotspots in this field mainly focused on the pathological mechanism and treatment strategy of ALI in sepsis.
Conclusion Global trend analysis suggests that the research on sepsis-induced ALI is growing day by day during the decade of 2013—2022, and the pathogenesis and treatment strategies of sepsis-induced ALI will continue to be the focus of future research. However, the cross-regional inter-agency communication and cooperation are still insufficient and need to be further explored for the depth and breadth of research.
