护理人员对于专科护理师角色认知与转任意愿的调查

中文摘要: 目的 调查护理人员对于专科护理师的角色认知和转任意愿,为制定专科护理师评选标准和实施细则提供基础资料,为我国专科护理师的培养和应用实践提供参考。 方法 采用便利抽样法,应用问卷星对湖北省4家三甲医院共295名护理人员进行问卷调查。 结果 护理人员对于专科护理师的角色认知总分为(53.15±8.55)分。护理人员转任意愿的总分为(33.73±7.34)分。在转任意愿上,工作满意度7~9分者和≥10分者的认知得分分别显著高于工作满意度4~6分者和0~3分者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 护理人员对于专科护理师的角色认知和转任意愿都处于较好的水平,其中护理工作满意度高者的角色认知和转任意愿要好于工作满意度低者。
Abstract:Objective To study the nurses' role cognition and job-transfer intention of specialist nurses to provide the needed reference information for developing the professional values of specialist nurses. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 295 nurses in 4 third-grade class A hospitals in Hubei Province by convenient sampling method. Results The total score of role cognition of nurse specialist was 53.15±8.55. The total score of nurses' job-transfer intention was 33.73±7.34. The cognitive scores of those with job satisfaction score at 7 to 9 and more than 10 for job-transfer intention was significantly higher than those with job satisfaction score at 4 to 6 and at 0 to 3, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses' role cognition and job-transfer intention to professional nurses is at a good level. The role cognition and willingness of those with high satisfaction are better than those with low satisfaction in nursing work.
