中文摘要: 目的 观察竹圈盐熨灸神阙穴等对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的干预效果,评价其安全性和有效性。方法 选取2018年10月至2019年5月江苏省中医院就诊的脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为干预组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用电子艾灸治疗,干预组采用竹圈盐熨灸治疗。对比分析两组治疗前后胃脘疼痛评分及中医证候积分、中医证候疗效、操作满意度情况。结果 干预组患者胃脘疼痛评分和胃肠疾病中医症状得分在第7天、第13天、出院时均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05, P<0.01),干预组患者出院时中医证候疗效和对操作的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01, P<0.05)。结论 相比电子艾灸,竹圈盐熨灸神阙穴等疗效更好,患者满意度更高。
Abstract:Objective To observe the intervention effect of bamboo circle salt-partitioned moxibustion at Shenque point on epigastric pain of spleen stomach deficiency cold type, and to evaluate its safety and effectiveness. Methods From October 2018 to May 2019, 60 patients with epigastric pain of spleen stomach deficiency cold type in Jiangsu Hospital of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects and divided into intervention group and control group randomly (n=30, each). The control group was treated with electronic moxibustion, and the intervention group was treated with bamboo circle salt-partitioned moxibustion. The epigastric pain score, TCM syndrome score, TCM syndrome curative effect and operation satisfaction of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The scores of epigastric pains and TCM syndromes of gastrointestinal diseases in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group on the 7th, 13th day and discharge (P<0.05, P<0.01). The curative effect of TCM syndrome and satisfaction with operation in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with electronic moxibustion, bamboo circle salt-partitioned moxibustion at Shenque point has better curative effect and higher patient satisfaction.
