中文摘要: 目的 探讨不同性别、不同年级及是否独生子女医学生之间领悟社会支持的不同。方法 采用大学生领悟社会支持量表对某医科大学300名医学生进行调查,对数据进行分析。结果 共发放问卷325份,回收有效问卷300份,回收率为92.3%。女性医学生领悟社会支持总分及各维度评分均显著高于男性(P<0.01)。非独生子女医学生领悟社会支持总分及各维度评分均高于独生子女(P<0.05,P<0.01)。不同年级医学生领悟社会支持总分及各维度评分比较有统计学差异(大三年级>大四年级>大二年级>大一年级,P<0.01)。结论 女性医学生比男性更易感知社会支持;非独生子女比独生子女更易感知来自家庭的支持;不同年级医学生领悟社会支持能力为大三年级>大四年级>大二年级>大一年级。
Abstract:Objective To explore the differences in understanding social support among medical students with different genders, different grades, and whether they are only children. Methods The medical support scale of college students was used to investigate 300 medical students in a medical university and the data was analyzed. Results A total of 325 questionnaires were distributed and 300 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a recovery rate of 92.3%.The total score of social support and the scores of all dimensions were higher in female, non-only children medical students (P<0.05, P<0.01).The total score of social support and the scores of all dimensions in different grades were statistically different (the third grade>the fourth grade>the second grade>the first grade, P<0.01). Conclusion Female medical students, non-only children are more susceptible to family support; medical students in different grades understand social support ability as third grade> fourth grade> second grade> first grade.
