老年2型糖尿病患者血清β-CTX、OC、PINP、25(OH)D3表达与血糖、胰岛素水平的关联性

中文摘要: 目的 探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)、骨钙素(OC)、Ⅰ型前胶原N-端前肽(PINP)、25-羟维生素D3[25(OH)D3]表达变化及与血糖、胰岛素水平的关联性。 方法 选取2017年5月至2019年12月老年T2DM患者120例为T2DM组,同期86例健康体检者为健康组。测定对比两组血清β-CTX、OC、PINP、25(OH)D3与血糖指标[餐后2h血糖(2 hPG)、空腹血糖(FPG)]、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平,应用Pearson分析老年T2DM患者血清β-CTX、OC、PINP、25(OH)D3表达与血糖指标、胰岛素指标的关联性,多元线性回归分析影响血糖、胰岛素指标的有关因素。 结果 T2DM组血清β-CTX、PINP水平高于健康组,血清OC、25(OH)D3水平低于健康组,2 hPG、FPG水平和FINS、HOMA-IR水平高于健康组(P均<0.01);老年T2DM患者血清β-CTX、PINP水平与2 hPG、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR水平呈正相关,血清OC、25(OH)D3水平与2 hPG、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR水平呈负相关(P均<0.01);血清β-CTX、OC、PINP、25(OH)D3均为患者血糖、胰岛素指标的重要影响因素(P均<0.01)。 结论 老年T2DM患者血清β-CTX、OC、PINP、25(OH)D3表达明显异常,并与血糖、胰岛素指标显著相关。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of serum β cross-linked C-telopeptide of typeⅠcollagen (β-CTX),osteocalcin (OC),type I procollagen N-terminal propeptide (PINP),and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 [25(OH)D3]in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) and their correlation with blood glucose and insulin levels. Methods From May 2017 to December 2019,120 elderly T2DM patients were selected as the T2DM group,and 86 healthy people during the same period were selected as the healthy group. The levels of serum β-CTX,OC,PINP,25(OH)D3, and blood glucose and insulin indexes were measured and compared between the two groups. Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum β-CTX,OC,PINP,25(OH)D3 expression and blood glucose and insulin indexes in elderly T2DM patients.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the related factors affecting blood glucose and insulin indexes. Results The levels of serum β-CTX and PINP in the T2DM group were higher than those in the healthy group,and the levels of serum OC and 25(OH)D3 were lower than those in the healthy group,while the levels of 2 hPG,FPG,FINS and HOMA-IR in T2DM group were higher than those in healthy group (all P<0.05).Serum β-CTX and PINP levels were positively correlated with 2 hPG,FPG,FINS,and HOMA-IR levels in elderly T2DM patients,and serum OC,25(OH)D3 levels were negatively correlated with 2 hPG,FPG,FINS,and HOMA-IR levels (all P<0.01).Serum β-CTX,OC,PINP,and 25(OH)D3 were all important factors influencing blood glucose and insulin indexes (all P<0.01). Conclusion Serum β-CTX,OC,PINP,and 25(OH)D3 expression in elderly T2DM patients are significantly abnormal,and are significantly correlated with blood glucose and insulin indicators.
