“飞经走气”针法联合干扰电治疗脊髓损伤尿潴留疗效观察

中文摘要: 目的 探讨“飞经走气”针法联合干扰电治疗脊髓损伤尿潴留的治疗效果。方法 将50例脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱尿潴留患者随机分为治疗组26例和对照组24例,均制定饮水计划,予以间歇导尿、膀胱功能训练,治疗组予“飞经走气”针刺法及干扰电治疗,对照组采用单独干扰电治疗。30 d为一疗程。比较两组治疗前及治疗后第15、30天的日排尿次数、单次最大排尿量、残余尿量及膀胱压力。结果 与治疗前比较,治疗后15 d、30 d两组患者排尿次数增加、残余尿量减少、单次排尿量增加,膀胱内压力升高(P<0.05),且治疗后30 d优于治疗后15 d(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 “飞经走气”针法联合干扰电治疗脊髓损伤尿潴留效果确切,膀胱排尿功能得以显著改善。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Feijing Zouqi acupuncture combined with electrical interference in the treatment of urinary retention of spinal cord injury. Methods Fifty patients with neurological bladder urinary retention after spinal cord injury were randomly divided into treatment group (n=26) and control group (n =24). All patients were treated with formulated drinking water, intermittent catheterization and bladder function training. The Feijing Zouqi acupuncture combined with electrical interference was given in treatment group, and electrical interference alone was performed in control group for a 30 day course. Daily frequency of micturition, single maximal voiding volume, residual urine volume and intra-bladder pressure were compared before and 15-, 30- day after treatment between two groups. Results Compared with pre-treatment, daily frequency of micturition, single maximal voiding volume and intra-bladder pressure increased, and residual urine volume decreased at 15-, 30-day after treatment in both two groups(all P<0.05), and the 30-day course was superior to 15-day course(all P<0.05). All the indexes in treatment group were better than those in control group after treatment(all P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Feijing Zouqi acupuncture combined with electrical interference is exact in the treatment of urinary retention after spinal cord injury, and bladder function can be significantly improved.
