中文摘要: 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)以慢性间歇缺氧及睡眠片段化为主要病理生理特征,是代谢性疾病发生的危险因素。OSAHS与多种代谢性疾病的发生发展相关,而胰岛素抵抗(IR)是2型糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化等慢性代谢相关疾病的病理生理基础。临床研究显示,OSAHS与IR独立相关,基础研究也证实慢性间歇缺氧会促进IR的发展。本文对OSAHS与IR的相关性、发生机制以及临床治疗进行综述,以提高临床对OSAHS患者IR的科学评估和综合管理。
Abstract:Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is characterized by chronic intermittent hypoxia and fragmented sleep,which are its main pathophysiological features,thus making it a risk factor for the development of metabolic diseases.OSAHS is associated with the occurrence and development of a variety of metabolic diseases,and insulin resistance is the pathophysiological basis of chronic metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and atherosclerosis.Clinical studies have shown that OSAHS is independently associated with insulin resistance,and basic research has also confirmed that chronic intermittent hypoxia promotes the development of insulin resistance.This article will review the correlation between OSAHS and insulin resistance,their mechanisms of occurrence,as well as clinical treatment to improve scientific assessment and integrated management of insulin resistance in patients with OSAHS.
