中文摘要: 近年来,胶质瘤的早期诊断、发生发展机制以及分子生物学治疗靶点的研究已成为该领域的核心关注点。细胞泛素化与去泛素化过程的异常变化与肿瘤的发生之间存在着紧密的关联。泛素〖CD*2〗蛋白酶体系统作为细胞调节的关键途径,在多个细胞生命过程中发挥着重要作用,并与多种疾病的发生发展紧密相关。研究表明,泛素〖CD*2〗蛋白酶体系统在胶质瘤细胞的侵袭与生长过程中可能扮演着至关重要的角色。本文对泛素化在胶质瘤中作用机制的研究进展作一综述,以期为该领域的深入研究提供有益的参考。
Abstract:In recent years, the research on early diagnosis, mechanisms of development and progression and molecular biological therapeutic targets of glioma have become a central concern in this field. There is a strong correlation of abnormal changes in cellular ubiquitination and deubiquitination processes with tumorigenesis. The ubiquitin-proteasome system, serving as a key regulatory pathway, plays an important role in several cellular life processes and is closely associated with the development and progression of various diseases. It is reasonable to speculate that the ubiquitin-proteasome system may play a crucial role on the invasion and proliferation of glioma cells. Therefore, this paper aims to review the research progress on the mechanism of ubiquitination's role in gliomas, with a view to providing useful references for in-depth studies in this field.
