中文摘要: 脓毒症多伴有肠道黏膜屏障功能损害,其中肠道上皮黏膜作为肠黏膜屏障的基础结构,其损伤的分子机制尤为重要。在损伤的分子机制中,脓毒症介导的瀑布式炎症介质及相关细胞因子是主要损伤因素。本文综述脓毒症相关肠上皮机械屏障损伤相关因子及分子机制,以期为脓毒症治疗提供新思路。
Abstract:Sepsis is mostly accompanied by functional damage to the intestinal mucosal barrier, in which mechanical mucosa of the intestinal epithelium is the basic structure of the intestinal mucosal barrier, and its molecular mechanism of injury is particularly important. In the molecular mechanism of injury, the waterfall inflammatory mediator and related cytokines mediated by sepsis are the main injuring factors. This paper summarizes the relevant factors and molecular mechanisms of sepsis-related intestinal epithelial mechanical barrier injury, in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of sepsis.
