铁死亡在三阴乳腺癌治疗中的新进展

中文摘要: 铁死亡(ferroptosis)是一种新近发现的过量活性氧诱导的细胞死亡方式,并与铁代谢、脂质过氧化相关。三阴乳腺癌的高度异质引起了强侵袭性及易抗药性,而有研究发现因为含有铁和脂质,细胞可能发生铁死亡。因此,从发生机制分析铁死亡在三阴乳腺癌中的作用,应用靶向铁死亡治疗三阴乳腺癌引起了人们的高度关注。本文综述铁死亡的基本特征,及其在三阴乳腺癌中的调控机制和治疗方面的新进展。
Abstract:Ferroptosis is a newly discovered mode of cell death induced by excessive reactive oxygen species, and is related to iron metabolism and lipid peroxidation. The high heterogenity of triple negative breast cancer(TNBC) leads to an increase in invasion and drug resistant, and several studies indicate that TNBC cells may induce ferroptosis due to containg of iron and lipids. Therefore, the role of ferroptosis in TNBC was analyzed from the mechanism, and the application of targeted ferroptosis in the treatment of TNBC has attracted great attention. This review concludes the basic features of ferroptosis and its role in the regulatory mechanisms and new therapy progressions in TNBC.
