中文摘要: 随着我国社会老龄化程度的不断加深,围术期神经认知障碍的发生率也不断提高,造成患者生活质量降低,医疗负担不断加重。因此,研究围术期神经认知障碍的发生机制与防治措施意义重大。研究表明,肠道菌群与多种改变认知功能的中枢神经系统疾病的发生密切相关,可通过其代谢产物等多种途径参与围术期神经认知障碍的发生发展。本文通过对近年相关文献进行分析总结,探讨肠道菌群代谢产物与围术期神经认知障碍的关系,以期对临床提供指导。

Abstract:With the deepening of aging society, the incidence of perioperative neurocognitive disorders(PND) has also increased, resulting in lower quality of life of patients and increased medical burden. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the mechanism and prevention measures of PND. Accumulating evidence has shown that gut microbiota is closely related to the occurrence of a variety of central nervous system diseases that alter cognitive function and can participate in the occurrence and development of PND through its metabolites and other multiple ways. This paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant literature in recent years to explore the relationship between gut microbiota metabolites and perioperative neurocognitive disorders, so as to provide some guidance for clinical practice.
