中文摘要: 结直肠癌的发病率和死亡率均较高，其预后与肿瘤分期关系密切，结直肠癌早期诊断十分重要。消化内镜是诊断结直肠癌的重要手段，随着相关技术的不断发展，消化内镜的种类也日新月异，层出不穷。本文就各类消化内镜识别早期结直肠癌的最新进展进行综述。
Abstract:Colorectal cancer has relatively high incidence and mortality, and the prognosis is greatly influenced by tumor stage. Thus, the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer is crucial. Digestive endoscopy is an important tool to diagnose colorectal cancer. With the continuous development of related technologies, various new digestive endoscopes have emerged in recent years. In this paper, the latest progresses of various types of digestive endoscopes in identification of early colorectal cancer are reviewed.
