Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pingxiao Capsule combined with high-intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with uterine leiomyoma who received treatment from August 2016 to February 2018 was retrospectively analyzed, and all the patients were divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound, and the study group was treated with Pingxiao capsule combined with high-intensity focused ultrasound. Results The total efficacy rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (93.38% vs 80.00%, P<0.05).The CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 and CD56 were significantly higher in study group after the treatment, and they were higher in study group than those in control group (P<0.05).After the treatment, the volume of lesion and uterus decreased significantly in both group (P<0.05).Compared with control group, the volume of lesion and uterus were smaller in study group after the treatment[(39.71±10.47)cm³ vs (49.12±12.35)cm³, P<0.05; (109.35±15.28) cm³ vs (121.70±17.06) cm³, P<0.05]. Conclusion Pingxiao capsule can further improve the efficacy of high-intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of uterine fibroids and improve the immune function.
