中文摘要: 近年来随着低剂量计算机断层扫描的发展和应用,肺结节的检出率逐渐上升,从而增加了肺结节患者的诊治和管理负担。人工智能和影像组学能够对医学影像进行特征提取,生成大量定量信息,并将其与其他信息相整合,对肺结节的诊疗提供参考依据。本文将就人工智能在肺结节中的识别、良恶性鉴别、治疗以及管理等方面的应用进展进行综述。
Abstract:In recent years, with the development and application of low dose computed tomography, the detection rate of pulmonary nodules has gradually increased, thereby increasing to the burden of diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with pulmonary nodules. Artificial intelligence (AI) and radiomics are capable of extracting features from medical images, generating a large amount of quantitative information, and integrating it with other information, providing a reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules. This article will review the advancements in the application of AI in the identification, differentiation of benign and malignant nodules, treatment, and management of pulmonary nodules.
