胃癌示踪技术的现状与展望

中文摘要: “胃癌患者得病是不幸的,假如能接受合理规范化的治疗又是幸运的”。手术作为胃癌治疗策略的核心,是实现合理规范化胃癌治疗的主体。示踪技术,作为起源于化学领域的名词,已经广泛应用于胃癌手术治疗领域,其在胃部病灶及切除范围定位、淋巴结清扫及手术质控、前哨淋巴结活检及保功能手术的实施、血供判断等方面带来了诸多便利,为规范化、同质化的胃癌根治术提供了有效保障。本文就胃癌示踪技术的发展现状及主要应用,包括最新的示踪策略,例如笔者提出的双示踪技术等进行相关介绍,并对该领域存在的疑惑及未来发展方向进行初步探讨,以期为将来全面实现胃癌患者手术的合理化规范治疗提供帮助。
Abstract:“It is unfortunate for gastric cancer patients to get sick, but it is fortunate if they can receive reasonable and standardized treatment.” Surgery, as the core strategy in the treatment of gastric cancer, is the main approach to achieving reasonable and standardized treatment for the disease. Tracer technology, as a term originating from the field of chemistry, has been widely used in the field of gastric cancer surgery, which has brought many conveniences in the localization of gastric lesions and resection range, lymph node dissection and surgical quality control, sentinel lymph node biopsy and the implementation of function preserving surgery, and blood supply judgment, providing an effective guarantee for standardized and homogeneous radical gastrectomy. This article introduces the development status and main applications of tracer technologies in gastric cancer, including the latest tracer strategies, such as the dual tracer technology proposed by the author, and offers an initial discussion of the existing uncertainties in this field and future development directions, with the aim of helping to achieve a rational and standardized surgical treatment approach for gastric cancer patients in the future.
