中文摘要: 目的 探讨乳腺癌行乳腺全切患者婚姻质量现状与自我概念的相关性。
方法 采用便利抽样的方法，选取2022年1月至7月于西南医科大学附属医院就诊的300例女性乳腺癌行乳腺全切患者为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、Locke-Wallace婚姻调适量表（LWMAT）和田纳西自我概念量表（TSCS）进行调查。结果 乳腺全切患者婚姻质量总分（95.24±22.99）分。乳腺全切患者婚姻质量与自我概念呈正相关（r=0.455，P＜0.01）。多元线性回归分析结果显示，主要照顾者和自我概念总分是婚姻质量的影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论 乳腺全切患者婚姻质量处中等偏下水平，自我概念是婚姻质量的重要影响因素，应采取针对性的措施促进患者的自我概念，提高其心理健康水平，从而提高婚姻质量。
Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between marital quality status and self-concept in patients with breast cancer undergoing total mastectomy.
Methods Using convenience sampling method, 300 female patients with breast cancer who underwent total mastectomy in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from January to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects. General information questionnaire, Locke-Wallace Marriage Adjustment Scale(LWMAT) and Tennessee Self Concept Scale(TSCS) were used to investigate.
Results The total score of marital quality in patients with total mastectomy was(95.24±22.99) points. There was a positive correlation between marital quality and self-concept in patients with total mastectomy(r=0.455, P<0.01). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main caregivers and the total score of self-concept were the influencing factors of marital quality(P<0.05).
Conclusion The marital quality of patients with total mastectomy is at a moderate to low level, and self-concept is an important influencing factor of marital quality. Targeted measures should be taken to promote the patients self-concept, improve their mental health level, and thus improve marital quality.
