中文摘要: 铁死亡是一种以铁过载和脂质过氧化损伤为特征的调节性细胞死亡,这种形式的细胞死亡与已知的细胞死亡形式如细胞凋亡、细胞坏死和细胞自噬等在形态和生化特征方面不同。大量研究发现,铁死亡途径与肿瘤的耐药性密切相关。肿瘤细胞通过下调铁死亡途径来降低其对铁死亡的易感性,从而导致对治疗的抵抗。本文对铁死亡在肿瘤细胞中的耐药作用及其机制的研究进展进行综述,以期能对肿瘤的临床治疗提供新的思路。
Abstract:Ferroptosis is a regulatory cell death characterized by iron overload and lipid peroxidation damage and is different from the forms of cell death, such as apoptosis, necrosis and autophagy in terms of morphological and biochemical characteristics. Numerous studies have found that ferroptosis pathway is closely correlated with drug resistance in tumors. Tumor cells reduce their susceptibility to ferroptosis by down-regulating the ferroptosis pathway, leading to resistance to treatment. This article reviews the role of ferroptosis in drug resistance of tumor cells and its mechanism, in the hope of providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of tumors.
