中文摘要: 转移是许多恶性肿瘤患者死亡的重要因素，也是影响治疗效果的主要障碍，在许多组织类型中，转移是由上皮-间充质转化（EMT）促进的。研究发现EMT是一个连续动态过程，一些细胞既表达上皮标志物，又表达间充质标志物，称为部分EMT。肿瘤细胞中的部分EMT被认为可以增强其侵袭性，产生循环的肿瘤细胞和癌症干细胞，并促进对抗癌药物的耐药性。这些表型变化是由肿瘤微环境中各个因子调控的，本综述中对部分EMT与肿瘤微环境的关系及对肿瘤转移及发展的影响进行讨论。

Abstract:Metastasisisanimportantcontributortodeathinmanycancerpatientsandamajorbarriertoeffectivetreatment.Inmanytissuetypes,metastasisisfacilitatedbyepithelial-mesenchymaltransition（EMT）.IthasbeenfoundthatEMTisacontinuousanddynamicprocess,andsomecellsexpressbothepithelialandmesenchymalmarkers,whichiscalledpartialEMT.PartialEMTintumorcellsisthoughttoenhancetheirinvasiveness,generatecirculatingtumorcellsandcancerstemcells,andpromoteresistancetoanticancerdrugs.Thesephenotypicchangesareregulatedbyvariousfactorsinthetumormicroenvironment.ThisreviewdiscusstherelationshipbetweenpartialEMTandthetumormicroenvironment,andtheinfluenceoftumormetastasisanddevelopment.
