中文摘要: 七味白术散是北宋钱乙为治儿童泄泻所设良方，旨在健脾益气、和胃生津，临床上对多种消化系统疾病皆有明显疗效。儿童特应性皮炎的中医病因是先天禀赋不足，复感风、湿、燥邪，蕴于肌表，阻遏气机，郁热化火，基本病机为脾虚津伤燥胜。应以固护脾胃、养阴润燥为治则。中医强调方证对应，异病亦可同治，本文就七味白术散治疗该病的方证进行阐析，探讨中医防治儿童特应性皮炎的新方法、新思路。附临床案例一则以佐证。
Abstract:QiweiBaizhuPowderisagoodprescriptiondesignedbyQianYiinNorthernSongDynastytotreatinfantilediarrhea,whichaimstostrengthenspleen,replenishQi,harmonizestomachandstimulatefluidproductionandhasobviousclinicaleffectsonavarietyofdigestivediseases.InTCM,theetiologyofatopicdermatitis（AD）inchildreniscongenitalendowmentdeficiency，namelyspleendeficiency,bodyfluidimpairmentanddrynessresultedfromwind,dampnessanddrynessaccumulatingattheexteriorsurface，hamperingQimovementandleadingtostagnatedheattransformingintofire.Theprincipleoftreatmentshouldbefocusedonstrengtheningspleenandstomach,nourishingYinandmoisteningdryness.TCMemphasizesthecorrespondenceofprescriptionsandsyndromesandthesametreatmenttodifferentdiseases.ThispaperanalyzestheprescriptionsandsyndromesofQiweiBaizhuPowderintreatingchildrensADtodiscussthenewmethodsandnewideasinpreventingandtreatingADinchildren.Aclinicalcaseisattachedasevidence.
