中文摘要: 目的探讨樟柳碱联合多点扫描模式激光治疗非增生型糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)患者的疗效及对患者血清炎性因子、Fractalkine(FKN)和爱帕琳肽(Apelin)水平的影响。
方法选取2019年6月至2021年2月西部战区空军医院收治的NPDR患者94例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=47)。对照组采用多点扫描模式激光治疗,观察组加用复方樟柳碱,均治疗2周。观察两组患者的疗效、不良反应,治疗前后的最佳矫正视力、黄斑区中心视网膜厚度(CMT)、血清炎性因子、FKN和Apelin水平。
结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率(91.5%)高于对照组(74.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ2,=4.821,P<0.05)。两组患者的BCVA、CMT、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-1SymbolbA@、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、FKN和Apelin水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者皮疹、穿刺部位疼痛、恶心等不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
结论采用樟柳碱联合多点扫描模式激光治疗NPDR具有较好的疗效,并可降低血清炎性因子、Fractalkine和Apelin水平。

Abstract:ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectsofanisodinecombinedwithmulti-pointscanninglasertreatmentonpatientswithnon-proliferativediabeticretinopathy(NPDR),andtheinfluenceofseruminflammatoryfactors,Fractalkine(FKN)andApelinlevels.
MethodsNinety-fourpatientswithNPDRadmittedinAirForceHospitalofWesternTheaterCommandfromJune2019toFebruary2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects,andtheywererandomlydividedintoobservationgroup(n=47)andcontrolgroup(n=47).Multi-pointmodelasertreatmentwasusedforthecontrolgroup,andcompoundcamphorinewasaddedtotheobservationgrouponthebasisofthecontrolgroup,bothfor2weeks.Theefficacy,adversereactions,bestcorrectedvisualacuity,centralmacularthickness(CMT),inflammatoryfactors,FKNandApelinlevelsinserumwereobservedbeforeandaftertreatment.
ResultsAftertreatment,thetotaleffectiverate(91.5%)oftheobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(74.5%),reachingastatisticaldifference(χ2,=4.821,P<0.05).BCVA,CMT,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1β,high-sensitivityC-reactiveprotein(hs-CRP),tumornecrosisfactor(TNF)-α、FKNandApelinlevelsintwogroupsdecreasedcomparedwithbeforetreatment,andaboveindexeslevelsinobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseincontrolgroup(P<0.05).Duringthetreatmentperiod,therewasnosignificantdifferenceintheincidenceofskinrash,puncturesitepain,nauseaandotheradversereactionsbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).
ConclusionThecombinationofanisodineandmulti-pointscanningmodelaseriseffectiveinthetreatmentofNPDR,andcanreducethelevelsofseruminflammatoryfactors,FractalkineandApelin.
