中文摘要: 目的 用生物信息学分析方法研究宫颈癌的潜在肿瘤标志物。
方法 从基因表达(GEO)数据库(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo)中下载三个数据集,鉴定差异表达基因(DEGs)并筛选Hub基因,进行基因本体论(GO)和《京都基因与基因组百科全书》(KEGG)通路富集分析。
结果 通过一系列生物信息学分析最终确定,在宫颈癌进展过程中可能存在4个潜在靶基因[DNA复制起始因子45(CDC45),复制因子C4(RFC4),驱动蛋白家族成员2C (KIF2C),DNA拓扑异构酶Ⅱα(TOP2A)]。
结论 CDC45、RFC4、KIF2C和TOP2A可能是宫颈癌的潜在肿瘤标志物,具有重要的研究价值。

Abstract:Objective To study the potential tumor markers of cervical cancer by bioinformatics analysis.
Methods The three data sets were downloaded from the gene expression omnibus (GEO) databases to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and screen Hub genes, and gene ontology(GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis was performed.
Results Through a series of bioinformatics analysis, four potential target genes[DNA replication initiation factor 45 (CDC45), replication factor C4 (RFC4), kinesin family member 2C(KIF2C), DNA topoisomerase Ⅱα (TOP2A)] possibly existing in the progression of cervical cancer were finally determined.
Conclusion CDC45, RFC4, KIF2C and TOP2A may be the potential tumor markers for cervical cancer and have important value for researching.
