中文摘要: 作为体外生命支持的一种先进手段,体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)在使用时可能导致不同程度急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)的发生,病因复杂,病死率高,然而现阶段关于ECMO相关AKI的预测方式、发生机制、相关的危险因素以及治疗时机等均未确定。本文针对关于ECMO相关AKI的连续肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)、病理生理机制以及相关危险因素等展开具体的研究和阐述,以期为临床实践提供相关参考。
Abstract:As an advanced means of extracorporeal life support, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) may lead to different degrees of acute kidney injury (AKI),with complex etiology and high mortality. However, the prediction, occurrence mechanism, relevant risk factors and treatment timing of ECMO-associated AKI have not been determined. This paper focuses on the continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), pathophysiological mechanism and related risk factors of ECMO-associated AKI to provide relevant references for clinical practice.
