中文摘要: 目的 探讨“3S”教学模式在内分泌科临床本科实习教学中的应用及效果。
方法 选择50名2015级临床本科实习学生采用“3S”教学模式进行教学,与54名2014级采用传统教学模式进行临床本科教学的学生比较,通过成绩考核及问卷调查进行分析评价。
结果 “3S”教学模式组学员理论成绩、相关技能成绩均较传统教学模式组升高(P均<0.01);临床思维能力、学习积极性、沟通能力、团队协作能力及满意度亦较传统教学模式组显著升高(P均<0.01)。
结论 “3S”教学模式同时满足学生考研及就业的需求,促进其实习积极性的提高,实现临床教学的价值,是适合医学本科生的临床实习模式。
Abstract:Objective To explore the application and effect of "3S" teaching mode in clinical practice of undergraduate students of Endocrinology.
Methods A total of 50 clinical undergraduate students of grade 2015 were selected to use "3S" teaching mode for teaching,compared with 54 students of grade 2014 who used traditional teaching mode,and the two teaching modes were analyzed and evaluated through examination results and questionnaire survey.
Results The scores of theory and related skills in the "3S" teaching mode group were higher than those in the traditional teaching mode group(P<0.01);the clinical thinking ability,learning enthusiasm,communication ability,team cooperation ability and satisfaction of "3S" teaching mode group was significantly higher than those of traditional teaching mode group(P<0.01).
Conclusions "3S" teaching mode can meet the needs of students for postgraduate entrance examination and employment at the same time,improve the enthusiasm of practice and realize the value of clinical teaching.It is a suitable clinical practice mode for medical undergraduates.
