中文摘要: 目的 探讨果糖二磷酸钠口服溶液联合布拉氏酵母菌散对轮状病毒肠炎(RVE)患儿血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白介素(IL)-6水平及心肌损伤情况的影响。方法 以2017年8月至2019年8月收治的104例RVE患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,各52例。两组RVE患儿均予以常规对症治疗+布拉氏酵母菌散口服,联合组则在此基础上给予果糖二磷酸钠口服溶液,均治疗7 d。观察两组治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前、治疗7 d后血清IgA、IgG、炎性因子、心肌损伤指标水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 联合组的总有效率高于对照组(94.23% vs 76.92%,χ2=6.310,P=0.012)。两组治疗7 d后肠杆菌含量、血清TNF-α、IL-6、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平均低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);双歧杆菌、乳杆菌含量、血清IgA、IgG水平均高于对照组,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗期间,联合组不良反应发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的17.31%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 果糖二磷酸钠口服溶液联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗可抑制RVE患儿炎性病变,减轻心肌损伤,改善机体代谢及肠道微生态,安全性高。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of fructose diphosphate oral solution combined with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets on serum IgA,IgG,TNF-α,IL-6 levels and myocardial injury in children with rotavirus enteritis(RVE).Methods A total of 104 children with RVE admitted to hospital between August 2017 and August 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the combined group ( n=52,each).Based on the conventional symptomatic treatment plus Saccharomyces boulardii sachets oral administration for 7 days in both groups,fructose sodium diphosphate was given in combined group.The clinical efficacy,serum IgA,IgG,inflammatory factors,myocardial injury indexes and adverse reactions were observed between two groups.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in combined group than that in control group (94.23% vs 76.92%, P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the levels of enterobacteriaceae,TNF-α,IL-6,CK,CK-MB,LDH and AST decreased in two groups after treatment and were lower in combined group than those in control group ( P<0.05, P<0.01);the contents of bifidobacterium,lactobacillus ,serum IgA and IgG increased in two groups and were significantly higher in combined group than those in control group( P<0.05, P <0.01).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (7.69% vs 17.31%, P >0.05),even though it was slightly lower in combined group.ConclusionFructose sodium diphosphate combined with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets can inhibit inflammatory processes,alleviate myocardial damage,improve body metabolism and intestinal microecology,which have high safety in RVE children.
