微课在肿瘤内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

中文摘要: 目的 研究肿瘤内科住院医师规范化培训中应用微课的教学效果。方法 随机分配60名肿瘤内科规培的住院医师,每组各30名,对照组采用传统临床教学模式,研究组采用传统临床教学模式联合微课,对两组学员进行培训测试及问卷调查,分析教学效果。结果 应用微课联合传统临床教学模式的学员的理论考核成绩为(88.77±4.43)分,实践考核成绩为(88.23±3.87)分;只应用传统临床教学模式的学员的理论考核成绩为(84.47±4.47)分,实践考核成绩为(84.57±4.22)分,研究组住院医师培训后的理论考核分值、实践考核分值均高于对照组的分值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组学员的培训满意度评分分别为(9.00±0.69)分、(8.27±0.83)分,研究组学员的满意度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 将微课用于肿瘤内科住院医师规范化培训中,可提升学员对专业知识的掌握和运用,激发自主学习兴趣,整体提高住院医师临床实践能力,可实现预期培训效果。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the teaching effect of applying micro-course in the standardized training of medical oncology resident doctors.MethodsSixty medical oncology resident doctors in standardized training were randomly divided in two groups,30 in each group.The control group were given traditional clinical teaching mode,the research group were given traditional clinical teaching mode combined with micro-course.Training test and questionnaire survey were allied in two groups and teaching effect was analyzed.ResultsThe theoretical assessment results [(88.77±4.43) points vs (84.47±4.47) points],practical assessment results [(88.23±3.87) points vs (84.57±4.22) points],training satisfaction scores [(9.00±0.69) points vs (8.27±0.83) points] in research group were higher than those in control group,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01).ConclusionThe use of micro-course in the standardized training of medical oncology resident doctors can improve mastery and application of professional knowledge,stimulate self-directed learning interest,improve the clinical practice ability of resident doctors as a whole,and achieve the expected training effect.
