中文摘要: 术后谵妄的发生是多因素共同导致的结果，作为老年患者围术期常见的神经系统并发症，目前有限的治疗方案并不能有效改善预后，所以对术后谵妄的预防显得格外重要。右美托咪定（Dex）作为围术期常用的镇静药物，其独特的镇静、镇痛和抗炎作用可通过多种途径对老年患者术后谵妄发挥多因素预防效果。本文旨在阐述Dex多途径预防老年患者术后谵妄的潜在价值，Dex或可成为预防术后谵妄策略的一个重要组成部分。
Abstract:Postoperative delirium occurs as a result of multifactorial effects，and as a common perioperative neurological complicationin elderly patients，the current limited treatment options are not effective in improving the prognosis, so the prevention of postoperativedelirium will be essential. As a commonly used perioperative sedative drug, dexmedetomidine （Dex） has unique sedative, analgesic, and anti?inflammatory effects, which may exert multifactorial prevention of postoperative delirium in elderly patients through multiplepathways. Therefore，this review aims to describe the potential value of Dex’s multi-pathway prevention of postoperative delirium inelderly patients, suggesting that Dex may become an important component of strategies for preventing postoperative delirium.
