中文摘要: 目的 探讨人工智能(AI)赋能的线上线下混合教学模式在医学影像学教学中的创新实践。方法 在南京中医药大学中医学八年制学生(含住院医师规范化培训)的教学中,依托国家在线教育平台,实施教学模式的革新:创建线上教学平台整合课程资源,提供个性化教学设计和自主学习路径,教师用 AI技术分析学生在线测试、学习活动,及时调整课堂教学内容及课程进度;线下课堂将影像学 AI、虚拟仿真技术与课堂教学融合,创建临床真实场景的翻转课堂,形成课外与课内同步、线上与线下协同。结果 成功创建了数智化线上教学平台,创建了医学影像学真实案例教学资源库,医学影像学获评江苏省一流本科线上线下混合式课程。新教学模式在全校同级别临床课程学生评教中排名第 2,并获得其他院校专家的好评;该模式实施后学生课程均分在 85分以上,执业医师考试阅片技能考试通过率达 90%以上;新教学模式荣获挑战杯全国二等奖、第三届江苏省教学创新大赛二等奖。结论 AI赋能医学影像学“线上自主学习 +线下真实临床场景翻转课堂”教学模式,拓宽了中医学诊断方法“望诊”的范畴,为中医临床辨证论治提供了精准的可视化依据,有利于培养学生精致诊断思维和创新实践能力,掌握丰富多元的、中西结合的交叉学科知识。
Abstract:Objective To explore the innovative practice of artificial intelligence (AI) .empowered online and offline hybrid teaching model in medical imaging education. Methods In the teaching of eight.year students of Chinese medicine (including standardized training for residents) in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, relying on the national online education platform, the innovation of teaching mode was implemented: an online teaching platform was created to integrate curriculum resources, personalized teaching design and independent learning paths were provided, and AI technology was used by teacher to analyze students.. online tests and learning activities, and adjusted classroom teaching content and course progress in a timely manner. In the offline classroom, classroom teaching was integrated with AI andvirtual simulation technology to create a flipped classroom with real clinical scenes, to form a synchronous outside class and in-class, online and offline collaboration. Results A digital and intelligent online teaching platform and a teachingresource library of medical imaging real cases were created successfully, and medical imaging has been rated as a first. class undergraduate online and offline hybrid course in Jiangsu Province. The new teaching model ranked second in the evaluation of clinical courses at the same level in the whole school, and was well received by experts from other universities. After the new model implementation, the students′ average course was more than 85 points, and the passing rate of the medical practitioner examination reading skills test was more than 90%. The new teaching model won the second prize of the National Challenge Cup and the second prize of the 3rd Jiangsu Teaching Innovation Competition. Conclusion AI-empowered medical imaging teaching mode of “online self-learning plus offline flipped classroom with real clinical scenes” broadens the scope of “visual diagnosis” of Chinese medicine diagnostic methods, provides an accurate visual basis for Chinese medicine clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment, and is conducive to cultivating students’accurate diagnostic thinking and innovative practice ability, and mastering rich and diverse interdisciplinary knowledge that combined Chinese and Western culture.
