中文摘要: 血清甲胎蛋白阳性胃癌（alpha-fetoprotein-producing gastric cancer，AFPGC）是胃腺癌中少见的一种病理亚型，发病率低，但恶性程度高、预后差。AFPGC的分子机理目前尚不十分明确，临床治疗以手术治疗为主，化疗为辅。目前，对AFPGC的认识仍存在局限性。本文就AFPGC的流行病学特征、分子机制、临床病理特征、预后及治疗等作一综述。
Abstract:Alpha-fetoprotein-producing gastric cancer（AFPGC）is a rare pathological subtype of gastric adenocarcinoma, with a very low incidence, but a high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis. At present,the molecular mechanism of AFPGC is not very clear. Surgical treatment is the main clinical treatment, supplemented by chemotherapy. At present, there are still limitations in the understanding of AFPGC. This article provides a review of the epidemiological characteristics, molecular mechanisms, clinical pathological features, prognosis, and treatment of AFPGC.
