Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of combination of high-quality nursing and humanized counseling in interventional operating room during cerebral angiography. Methods From April 2021 to September 2023, 91 patients undergoing cerebral angiography were enrolled as the research subjects in Anqing First People's Hospital of Anhui Medical University. By adopting the random number table method, they were classified into observation group and control group. The control group (n=45) was given conventional nursing intervention while the observation group (n=46) was given high-quality nursing combined with humanized counseling intervention. The adverse emotions ［self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS)］, surgical time and hospital stay, occurrence of postoperative complications and pain level ［short-form McGill pain questionnaire (SF-MPQ)］ were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS after intervention were decreased in both groups (P＜0.05), and the scores in observation group were significantly lower (P＜0.05). The observation group had shorter surgical time and hospital stay and lower incidence rates of postoperative complications （8.70% vs 24.44%) (P＜0.05). The SF-MPQ scores were significantly lower in observation group (t=6.521, P＜0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing combined with humanized counseling in interventional operating room can help to improve the adverse emotions of patients with cerebral angiography, shorten the surgical time and hospital stay, and reduce the incidence rates of postoperative complications and pain level.
