中文摘要: 骨桥蛋白(OPN)是一种分泌型糖基化磷蛋白,广泛存在于各种组织和体液中,参与骨骼生长、伤口愈合、细胞黏附和细胞迁移等多种人体生理与病理过程。其主要受体为整合素αvβ3。近年来的研究表明,OPN高表达水平与非小细胞肺癌的侵袭性表型和不良预后密切相关,并有望成为其潜在的血清学生物标志物和药物治疗靶点,逐渐受到国内外研究学者的重视。因此,本文从OPN的结构特点,及其与非小细胞肺癌的发生发展和治疗预后的相关性研究方面进行综述。
Abstract:Osteopontin (OPN) is a secreted phosphosylated protein, which is widely found in various tissues and body fluids. OPN involved in various physiological and pathological processes such as bone growth, wound healing and cell adhesion and migration. The integrin αvβ3 is the main receptor for OPN. Recent studies have shown that the high expression level of OPN is closely related to the invasive phenotype and poor prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) . OPN is expected to become a potential serological biomarker and therapeutic drug target for the disease, which has gradually attracted the attention of researchers at home and abroad. Therefore, this paper presents the structural characteristics of OPN and its correlation with the occurrence, development and treatment prognosis of NSCLC.
