Abstract:In leading the high-quality development and construction of public hospitals, it is necessary to strictly implement the president responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee, and fully play the leadership role of the Party committee in the development process of public hospitals. It is the core of all the work of high quality development of public hospitals to adhere to the people-oriented and guarantee the public welfare nature of public hospitals. Optimizing the current allocation of medical resources, promoting the core competitiveness of hospitals and improving the existing management level are the necessary conditions for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
