中文摘要: 目的 探讨玉屏风颗粒联合宣肺汤对支气管哮喘患儿的治疗效果及对炎症反应的影响。
方法 回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年1月在张家口市传染病医院门诊就诊的100例支气管哮喘患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为联合组50例,对照组50例,两组均进行常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予宣肺汤,联合组给予玉屏风颗粒（疗程1周）联合宣肺汤,宣肺汤两组均连续服用2个月。统计两组治疗前后干扰素-γ（INF-γ）、白细胞介素（IL）-4、IL-13水平,观察两组治疗前后肺功能、免疫功能变化,比较两组治疗效果。
结果 两组患儿治疗前INF-γ、IL-4、IL-13、第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、FEV1占用力肺活量百分比（FEV1/FVC）、晨间测定最大呼气峰值流速（PEFam）和晚间测定最大呼气峰值流速（PEFpm）水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组治疗后IL-4、IL-13均低于治疗前,INF-γ、FEV1、PEFam、FEV1/FVC、PEFpm高于治疗前;治疗后联合组IL-4、IL-13水平低于对照组,INF-γ、FEV1、PEFam、FEV1/FVC、PEFpm高于对照组（P＜0.05）。联合组临床症状改善或消失时间均短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.01）。
结论 对支气管哮喘患儿在常规治疗基础上采用玉屏风颗粒联合宣肺汤,可以降低炎症反应,提高治疗有效率,改善临床症状,促进恢复。
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Yupingfeng Granule combined with Xuanfei Decoction on inflammatory response in children with bronchial asthma.
Methods A total of 100 children with bronchial asthma treated in the outpatient department of Zhangjiakou Infectious Disease Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected retrospectively, and divided into combination group and control group（n=50, each） according to different treatment methods. Based on routine treatment in both groups, Xuanfei Decoction was given in control group, and Yupingfeng Granules (treatment course of one week） and Xuanfei Decoction were given in combination group, and the treatment course of Xuanfei Decoction were 2 months in both groups. The levels of interferon-γ（INF-γ）, interleukin（IL）-4 and IL-13 were detected to observe the changes of lung function and immune function before and after treatment and to compare the treatment effect and safety between two groups.
Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of INF-γ, IL-4, IL-13, forced expiratory volume in the first second（FEV1）, percentage of FEV1 to forced vital capacity（FEV1/FVC）, peak expiratory flow am（PEFam） in both groups and peak expiratory flow pm（PEFpm）（P＞0.05）. After treatment, IL-4 and IL-13 levels decreased, and INF-γ, FEV1, PEFam, FEV1/FVC and PEFpm increased significantly compared with those before treatment in both groups. After treatment, the levels of IL-4 and IL-13 in the combination group were statistically lower than those in control group, and the levels of INF-γ, FEV1, PEFam, FEV1/FVC and PEFpm were higher than those in control group（P＜0.05）. Compared with those in control group,the clinical symptom improvement time or disappearance time significantly decreased, with higher treatment efficiency in combination group（P＜0.01）.
Conclusion Yupingfeng Granules combined with Xuanfei Decoction can reduce inflammation, improve treatment efficiency and clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of children with bronchial asthma.
