中文摘要: 目的探讨炎症性肠病症状量表（IBDSI）评分在炎症性肠病（IBD）疾病评估中的临床价值。
方法通过问卷方法，对2020年4月至2021年8月淮安市第一人民医院住院治疗的102例IBD患者的临床资料及IBDSI评分进行调查分析。对IBDSI评分与IBD疾病活动度指标和严重程度指标［所有患者的炎症指标,CD患者克罗恩病活动指数（CDAI）,UC患者梅奥内镜评分(MES)及UC内窥镜下严重程度指数(UCEIS)］的相关性进行分析和评价。
结果102例IBD患者的IBDSI总分（26.56±15.53）分。CD组、UC组的IBDSI总分及分量表评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。CD组的腹部不适分量表与C反应蛋白呈正相关（r=0.35，P＜0.05）。UC组的IBDSI总分与血沉降率呈正相关（r=0.49，P＜0.05）。IBDSI总分与CD患者的CDAI、UC患者的MES及UCEIS分别呈正相关（P＜0.05）。
结论IBDSI评分是患者自我报告的症状评分，与IBD疾病活动度和严重程度相关。可用于我国IBD患者的疾病评估，且具有较高的临床应用价值。
Abstract:ObjectiveToexploretheclinicalvalueoftheinflammatoryboweldiseasesymptomsinventory（IBDSI）scoreinevaluationtheseverityofinflammatoryboweldisease（IBD）.
MethodsTheclinicaldataandIBDSIscoresof102IBDpatientshospitalizedinHuaianFirstPeoplesHospitalfromApril2020toAugust2021werecollectedandanalyzedbyquestionnaire,includingIBDSItotalscoresandsub-itemscoresfor43patientswithCrohnsdisease（CDgroup）and59patientswithulcerativecolitis（UCgroup）.ThecorrelationsbetweenIBDSIscoreandIBDdiseaseactivityandseverityindicators［inflammationindexinallpatients,Crohn'sdiseaseactivityindex(CDAI)inCDpatients,Mayoendoscopicscore(MES)andUCendoscopicseverityindex(UCEIS)inUCpatients］wereanalyzedandevaluated.
ResultsTheIBDSItotalscoreof102patientswithIBDwas(26.56±15.53).TherewerenosignificantdifferencesinIBDSItotalscoresandsub-itemscoresbetweenCDandUCgroups（P＞0.05）.Theabdominaldiscomfortsub-scalewaspositivelycorrelatedwithC-reactiveproteininCDgroup（r=0.35,P＜0.05）.ThetotalIBDSIscoreswerepositivelycorrelatedwitherythrocytesedimentationrate（ESR）inUCgroup（r=0.49,P＜0.05）.TheIBDSItotalscoreswerepositivelycorrelatedwiththescoresofCDAIofCDpatients,MESandUCEISofUCpatients(P＜0.05),respectively.
ConclusionTheIBDSIscoreisaself-reportedsymptomscoreofpatientsandisrelatedtotheactivityandseverityofIBDdisease.IthasahighclinicalapplicationvalueintheevaluationofIBDpatientsinChina.
