中文摘要: 异相睡眠剥夺(PSD)与术后疼痛的发生密切相关,其机制尚未明确。近年来研究发现,脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)是PSD的重要调节因子。BDNF/酪氨酸激酶受体B(TrkB) 信号通路在PSD致术后痛觉敏化中的作用也被逐渐认识,本文对BDNF/TrkB通路参与PSD致术后痛觉敏化的相关研究现状做一综述,以期为PSD致术后痛觉敏化的临床预防及治疗提供新方向。
Abstract:Paradoxical sleep deprivation is closely related to postoperative pain. However, its underlying mechanism is unclear. In recent years, studies have found brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is an important regulator of PSD, and the role of BDNF/ tyrosine kinase receptor B (TrkB) signaling pathway in postoperative pain sensitization after PSD has also been gradually recognized. This article will review the related research progress of BDNF/TrkB signaling pathway involved in PSD-induced postoperative pain sensitization, in order to provide a new direction for the clinical prevention and treatment of postoperative pain sensitization caused by PSD.
