中文摘要: 目的分析孕中期三维超声在胎儿畸形筛查及诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年1月在东部战区空军医院接受检查的6 377例孕中期孕妇的三维超声孕中期胎儿畸形筛查诊断资料。结果6 377例孕中期孕妇中,出现胎儿畸形的有70例,胎儿畸形发生率为1.10％,所有胎儿畸形均经引产终止妊娠术、最终分娩中得到证实,经三维彩色多普勒超声检查确诊为胎儿畸形的有67例,检出率为95.71％。结论三维超声在筛查与诊断孕中期胎儿畸形中具有重要应用价值。
Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of three-dimensional ultrasound in screening and diagnosis of fetal malformations in the second trimester of pregnancy.
Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 6 377 second-trimester pregnant women undergoing screening and diagnosis of fetal malformations by three-dimensional ultrasound in Air Force Hospital of Eastern Theater of PLA from January 2017 to January 2019.
Results Out of 6 377 pregnant women,there were 70 cases with fetal malformation(1.10%),in whom 67 cases were diagnosed and confirmed by three-dimensional ultrasound after labor induction for termination of pregnancy.The detection rate was 95.71%.
Conclusion Three dimensional ultrasound has important application value in screening and diagnosis of fetal malformations in the second trimester of pregnancy.
