压缩感知技术在胎儿颅脑MRI中的价值

中文摘要: 目的 探讨压缩感知技术在胎儿颅脑MRI分析的可行性及应用价值,并评价不同降噪水平对图像的影响。方法 回顾性分析2018年12月至2019年4月南京医科大学附属鼓楼临床医学院50例胎儿颅脑MRI检查,使用常规快速序列(2D-BTFE-TFE)和压缩感知序列(CS-3D-T2W)影像学资料与临床信息分析差异。结果 CS-3D-T2W根据降噪水平不同重建(CS-DSW、CS-DSM、CS-DSS)。常规组信噪比(SNR)为126.00±70.73,CS-3D-T2W序列组SNR值:CS-DSW组为171.72±65.22,CS-DSS组为165.66±22.11,CS-DSM组为185.22±90.64,各组SNR值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对比信噪比(CNR)及胎动伪影一致性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在定性评价中,两位盲阅者对图像质量评分的一致性高于常规组(κ=0.97)。超声诊断和MRI诊断一致。结论 压缩感知可提高胎儿脑颅脑MRI的图像质量,提高胎儿中枢神经系统疾患的准确率,减少扫描时间,加强对孕妇与胎儿的的安全保障
Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility and application value of compressed sensing technique in fetal brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and evaluate the effect of different noise reduction levels on the image.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 50 fetal cases of craniocerebral magnetic resonance imaging from December 2018 to April 2019 to explore the differences of imaging data and clinical related information between using conventional 2D fast sequence (BTFE-TFE,as A group) and compressed sensing three-dimensional T2-weighted imaging (CS-3D-T2W).Results According to different noise reduction levels on CS-3D-T2W,CS-DSW,CS-DSM,CS-DSS imagings were reconstructed and obtained (as B,C,D groups),and there were significant differences in signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) among four groups [126±70.73 in A group,171.72±65.22 in B group,165.66±22.11 in C group,185.22±90.64 in D group,P<0.05 ].There were no statistical differences in contrast to noise radio (CNR) and artifact of fetal movement(P>0.05).In qualitative evaluation,the consistency of image quality scores by blind image quality assessment in B,C and D groups was higher than that in A group (κ=0.97).Ultrasound diagnosis was consistent with MRI results.Conclusion Compressed sensing can improve the image quality of fetal brain MRI and the accuracy of diagnosing fetal central nervous system diseases,reduce scanning time and enhance the safety for both the pregnant woman and fetus.
