Abstract:Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of ozagrel combined with safflower injection in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of ozagrel and safflower injection in the treatment of ACI were collected by electronic searches of Medline,PubMed,Cochrane Library,China Biology Medicine disc,China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang Database from 1989 to 2020.Data analysis of literatures meeting the inclusion criteria was performed with the Review Manager 5.1 software.Results There were 22 literatures which corresponded with the criterion were homogenous,involving 1 239 cases in control group and 1 252 cases in combination group.Salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection,Xuesaitong injection,Ligustrazine injection or venoruton were given in control group,and ozagrel combined with safflower injection was used in combination group.Meta-analysis showed that the clinical efficacy (OR=4.43,95%CI:3.44-5.72,P<0.01 ) and the recovery of neurological deficit (WMD=-4.69,95%CI:-5.06- -4.31,P<0.01 )in combination group were significantly better than those in control group.In 22 RTCs,adverse reactions,including headache,nausea,loss of appetite and other mild symptoms were found in 7 RTCs and disappeared after timely treatment.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,ozagrel combined with safflower injection is safe and effective and can obviously improve the neurological function of ACI patients.
