Abstract:ObjectivesTo explore the efficacy and safety of Lacrosse non-slip element(NSE) balloon in clinical application.Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 120 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD）undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) with Lacrosse NSE catheter in 134 lesions of coronary artery stenosis from January 2018 to December 2019.The general data,medical history,coronary angiography(CAG) findings,interventional therapy and perioperative complications were collected to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Lacrosse NSE balloon in clinical application.Results The successful rate was 96.3%(129/134) for coronary artery stenosis treated with Lacrosse NSE balloon,including 30 in-stent restenosis,24 diffuse small vessel lesions,26 bifurcation lesions,16 ostial lesions and 33 other types of lesions,which were treated with implantation of stents and drug-coated balloon therapy after successful expansion.Type A dissection with intimal tear occurred in 6 cases after balloon dilatation［5.0%（6/120）］,and stent implantation was performed in five of them.No cases of acute myocardial infarction,death and vascular complications requiring immediate surgical treatment occurred during operation and postoperative hospitalization.Conclusion Lacrosse NSE balloon is effective and safe for coronary artery stenosis.
