中文摘要: 目的 探讨细胞分裂周期相关蛋白5(CDCA5)在食管鳞状细胞癌(食管鳞癌)组织中的表达情况,及其与患者临床、病理特征和预后的关系。方法 回顾性分析2013年1月至2017年12月胸外科行根治性手术治疗的食管鳞癌患者247例的临床资料,采用免疫组织化学法对食管鳞癌组织及配对的癌旁组织中CDCA5的表达进行检测,并将其表达与食管鳞癌患者的临床、病理特征和预后进行统计分析。结果 CDCA5主要表达于肿瘤细胞的胞核内,其在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率高于配对的癌旁组织(43.3% vs 8.5%,χ2=77.989,P=0.000)。食管鳞癌组织CDCA5的阳性表达与患者性别(P=0.048)、肿瘤T分期(P=0.000)、淋巴结转移(P=0.006)密切相关。单因素生存分析显示,CDCA5阳性表达者5年总体生存率为15.8%,低于阴性表达患者的41.2%(P=0.000)。Cox多因素回归分析显示,CDCA5阳性表达、T分期高、N分期高是影响食管鳞癌患者预后的独立风险因素（P<0.05）。结论 CDCA5在食管鳞癌组织中特异性高表达,可能可作为食管鳞癌患者预后的标志物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of cell division cycle associated protein 5(CDCA5) in tissues of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC),and to explore its correlation with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of ESCC patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 247 patients with ESCC who underwent radical surgery in thoracic surgery from January 2013 to December 2017.The expressions of CDCA5 in ESCC tissues and paired adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between CDCA5 expression and clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of patients with ESCC were analyzed.Results CDCA5 was mainly expressed in the nucleus of ESCC cells,and its positive expression rate in ESCC tissues was significantly higher than that in paired adjacent tissues (43.3% vs 8.5%, χ2 =77.989, P 0.000).The positive expression of CDCA5 in ESCC was closely related to the patient′s gender ( P =0.048),tumor T stage ( P =0.000),and lymph node metastasis ( P=0.006).Univariate survival analysis showed that the 5-year overall survival rate of CDCA5-positive expression patients was significantly lower than that of negative expression patients (15.8% vs 41.2%, P =0.000).Cox multivariate regression analysis showed that CDCA5-positive expression,high T stage,and high N stage were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with ESCC( P <0.05).ConclusionCDCA5 is specifically and highly expressed in ESCC tissues and can be used as a prognostic marker for patients with ESCC.
