Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different treatment combined with rthroscopic debridement for knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 93 patients with knee osteoarthritis who received treatment from November 2015 to December 2018 were selected and divided into group A,B and C (n=31,each).Group A was treated with rthroscopic debridement,group B was treated with sodium hyluronate combined with rthroscopic debridement,and group C was treated with sodium hyaluronate with compound betamethasone (Diprospan) and ropivacaine combined with rthroscopic debridement.The Visual analogue scale (VAS) and Lysholm knee score were compared among the three groups before and 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation.The curative effect after 6 months of treatment were also compared between three groups. Result The effective rate in group C (96.77%) was significantly higher than that in group A (61.29%) and group B (74.19%)(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group B in effective rate (P>0.05).Postoperative VAS and Lysholm scores in group C were better than those in group A and B (all P<0.05). Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate,Diprospan and ropivacaine combined with arthroscopic debridement has a good effect on knee osteoarthritis,which could relieve pain and restore knee function.
