中文摘要: 目的 总结基于岗位胜任力的多媒体教学在江苏省消化内镜专科护士规范化培训的效果。
方法 选择2021年5月接受江苏省消化内镜护士岗位规范化培训的68名内镜护士为研究对象，以岗位胜任力为导向制定培训方案并以多媒体方式实施理论与临床实践教学，并评价培训效果。
结果 68名内镜护士对培训理论课程的满意度为99.82%，培训后理论知识得分为（95.63±6.56）分，临床实践考核（94.54±2.02）分，优秀者45名，合格率为100%；培训综合满意度为91.18%。
结论 基于岗位胜任力的多媒体教学对消化内镜护士规范化培训是内镜护士提高岗位能力的有效方式，但培训内容和临床实践部分还需进一步完善。
Abstract:Objective To summarize the effect of multimedia teaching based on post competency on the standardized training for the specialized nurses of digestive endoscopy in Jiangsu Province.
Methods A total of 68 endoscopic nurses who underwent standardized training for nurses of digestive endoscopy in Jiangsu Province in May 2021 were selected as the research subjects. The training program was formulated based on post competency, and the theory and clinical practice teaching were implemented by multimedia. The effect of training program was evaluated after the training.
Results The degree of satisfaction of endoscopic nurses with the training theory course was 99.82%. The score was 95.63±6.56 in theoretical knowledge and 94.54±2.02 in clinical practice examination. There were 45 excellent ones, with a qualified rate of 100%. The comprehensive assessment of satisfaction of was 91.18%.
Conclusion Multimedia teaching based on post competence is an effective way for endoscopic nurses to improve their post competency, but the training content and clinical practice need to be further refined.
